We are so confident in our work and the skills of our team that we are providing 2 different guarantees to our collision customers.

Life Time Guaranty

Our life time guaranty is simple and straight forward. Our work is guaranteed for the life of the car. If the paint chips or fades bring it back and we will fix it. If the parts come loose or don’t fit the way they are supposed to bring it back and we will fix it. In other words if there is ever any problem with work that we performed we will fix it at no cost to you.

On Time Guaranty

Your vehicle will be finished on or before the date we give you or we pay you $20 every day we go over that date as our penalty.

This is how it works. When you bring in your vehicle for an estimate we can usually give you a verbal estimate as to how long it will take to repair your vehicle. If you like that time frame and our estimate, then you will give this to the insurance company. It usually takes a few days for the insurance company to approve our estimate. During that time we can call our parts suppliers to find out how long it will take to get parts. When you bring the car back we will give you a written “on time” guarantee as to when the vehicle will be completed. Simple as that.
